1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MRVoice (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by MR'ai, Inc. ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

MRVoice is a voice-to-text assistant that converts spoken language into polished, professional text. The Service includes a Windows desktop application and a web application at mrvoice.xyz, providing speech-to-text transcription, AI text cleanup, active styles, smart diary, vocabulary teaching, and usage tracking.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan

• 18,000 words per month
• 3 active styles
• 7-day history retention
• Standard vocabulary

Pro Plan ($14.99/month)

• Unlimited transcriptions
• All styles including custom styles
• Smart Diary with AI summaries
• Custom vocabulary teaching
• Full usage dashboard and analytics
• Unlimited history with diff view
• Priority processing speed

5. Payments and Billing

• Pro plan billing is handled by Stripe on a monthly recurring basis.
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
• Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
• Promotional pricing (e.g., EARLY100 discount) is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass plan limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools to create accounts or abuse the Service
• Transmit malicious content through the transcription or diary features

7. Intellectual Property

The MRVoice application, website, branding, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of MR'ai, Inc. Your transcriptions and diary content belong to you. We claim no ownership over content you create using the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR'ai, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions or AI text cleanup. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.

12. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon deletion, all server-side data is permanently erased.
• Local data (history, diary, settings) remains on your device unless you delete it manually.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For users in the European Economic Area, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under GDPR or local consumer protection law.
